1. General

2. How to pay
1. All transactions made on Dekhockeycourt.ca are in Canadian dollars.
2. Dekhockeycourt (Dekhockeycourt.ca) charges GST (Goods and Services Tax) or HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) to orders delivered in Canada and QST (Quebec Sales Tax) for orders shipped to the province of Quebec.
3. Customs and customs duties for orders shipped outside of Canada, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. The credit card payment method is offered around the world where the service is available. An audit will be done with your financial institution as a security measure.
5. The “PayPal” payment method is offered around the world where the service is available.
6. Dekhockeycourt (Dekhockeycourt.ca) reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a refusal of payment authorization or credit card verification by officially accredited agencies.
7. Dekhockeycourt (Dekhockeycourt.ca) reserves the right to cancel any order payable by credit card or PayPal if we justify its fraudulent use. Each case will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Delivery method
1. All orders paid by PayPal or credit card will be delivered to the billing address, without exception.
2. Deliveries to Canada are made by Canada Post or Purolator or Dicom.
3. Deliveries to the U.S. are made by Canada Post – Accelerated PackagesTM U.S. or Canada Post – XpresspostTM-U.S. in partnership with USPS.
4. Deliveries to the rest of the world are made by Canada Post – XpresspostTM-International via EMS.

6. Dekhockeycourt.ca reserves the right to change this amount or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
7. The time to process an order before shipping is 1 to 3 business days. The delivery time varies depending on the service chosen. Please note that these dates are by no means a guarantee of receipt on time but only an estimate.
8. Delivery is considered to have been made on the date of the first delivery attempt, based on data from Canada Post or Purolator.
9. Canada Post and Purolator service standards are based on the filing day (Day 0) plus the maximum number of business days required for delivery, except for weekends and holidays. Deposits made on the weekend or on a public holiday are considered to be original mail on the next business day.
10. Dekhockeycourt (Dekhockeycourt.ca) is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible or damaged envelopes or parcels.
4. Returns policy
1. Please contact us at 1-418-814-4488 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) for any product requiring credit within 15 days of receipt. After this period, any request for return will be refused.
2. Any returned product must be in its original packaging (if included) and the labels always affixed to the product.
3. We will not accept any products that have been worn, washed and/or damaged.
4. Any returned product without a return authorization number (RMA) will automatically be returned to the sender at their own expense.
5. Transportation costs are in no way refundable and/or cannot be credited.
6. The cost of transporting the return of products is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective. In this case, Dekhockeycourt.ca will be responsible for bringing the article back on its terms.
7. Dekhockeycourt (Dekhockeycourt.ca) is not responsible for late envelopes or parcels, lost, misdirected, insufficiently franked, illegible or damaged.
5. Guarantee policy
